With extensive experience spanning more than two decades leading on Operations Delivery, HR, Public Policy, and Social Justice across the Civil Service, Third Sector, and Private Sector, Emma has led many significant transformational initiatives improving outcomes for people and for organisations. She is a qualified Coach and Facilitator. 

Having grown up in a Welsh speaking family in Ceredigion, Mid Wales, Emma's connection to Wales and its vibrant culture runs deep. Today, she lives with her family in the picturesque Vale of Glamorgan at a short distance from the College.
